We've seen this featured at Kris TV and it looks very interesting to try so when my mom had her vacation last January, we went to Chef Laudico Guevarra's for lunch and it was just a few blocks away for our home in San Juan.
Chef Laudico Guevarra's is a buffet restaurant showcasing Filipino food with a twist. This place was once a heritage house built in the 1920s and was transformed into an elegant restaurant which opened to the public last July 16, 2013.
Chef Laudico Guevarra's looks like a old Spanish-style house. It is owned by Chef Rolando Guevarra and you can enjoy a mixture of traditional and modern Filipino food as much as you want like a grand fiesta buffet.
