Lately I've been getting into health and fitness- doing Zumba almost everyday, boxing twice a week and feeling great.

So, when I received an invitation from Triumph- the maker of lingerie and shapewear since 1886, to celebrate a newer, more active me this 2016 at the unveiling of their new sports bra at Saddle Row in Serendra BGC, I jumped at the opportunity.

Upon arriving at Saddle Row, I was greeted by an expert fit stylist, trained to assist in finding the perfect bra.

After finding the right size, it’s time to try the sports bra on. When trying on a sports bra, check the following things:

It should fit slightly tighter than a regular bra, but not so tight that you can't comfortably take a deep breath.
There should be no chafing around the armholes, shoulder straps or seams. If the bra has hooks or snaps, make sure those don't chafe, either.
The straps should be secure and comfortable. If they’re too tight, they will dig in. If they’re too loose, they will not provide the correct amount of support and will move around or slip off your shoulders.
To make sure you have the right size, raise your hands over your head. If the elastic band moves up your rib cage, you need a smaller band or the straps may need to be adjusted.
The cup fabric should be smooth. Wrinkles or puckers indicate the cup is too big.
If you’re spilling out of your bra, the cup size is too small. Try a larger size.
Test the bra's support by jumping or running in place. You'll be able to feel whether it's sufficiently supportive or not.

The instructors are super motivating and the time flies when you're having fun! Great music, bikes and the cool special shoes you wore for the workout to make sure you are secured. I can't wait to go again. It's a bit far from my home but it is enough reason for me to go to Serendra just for this awesome intense workout.
