Of course, we have different answers depending on our current roles and our goals. One thing’s for sure though – our future is uncertain. And we always deal with the only constant thing in this world – change. Since this is the case, I always want to make the most out of my time and truly experience every moment.
I have attended numerous events and listened to talks on how we prepare for the future. But only Philam Life empowers Filipinos to start living better. They answer the “how” parts of this journey.

So, yeah! Just recently, I had the most extreme and fantastic experience in my life. I skydived! And having my family around, cheering for me, encouraging all the strength and courage in me, helped me braved it through. I jumped out of the plane! The entire thing seemed to have taken forever. I was just there, amazed and lost for words in the sea of clouds. It was, by far, the craziest and the fearless thing I have ever done. At the end of that experience, I realized that I can do anything as long as I have my family with me. All the more that I have to secure and protect them.
To learn more about Philam Life’s new campaign, I went to the very first Philam Life #LiveBetter Expo at Glorietta 2 Activity Center.
I was thrilled to check out the different booths! Not only did I learn about how each pillars and the partner brands can help Filipinos #LiveBetter, I also learned about myself as I participate in different activities.
To enthuse us even more, Philam Life Ambassadors Nico Bolzico, Solenn Heaussaff-Bolzico, and Mond Gutierrez were present. They talked about living a well-balanced life and how living healthier is important. All of them are my new inspiration in achieving not only fitness but also life balance and wellness.
