On my mother's side and my husband's mother's side is both Kapampangan and the origin is known for being meticulous when it comes to food, and for their distinctive talents and specialization in preparing mouth-watering dishes.
My husband has the great cooking abilities that Kapampangan are best known for, with his specialties of Binagoongang Baboy and Mechado while women are famous for their beauty. ehem... ehem...
