A delivery and carry-out food service, Fiesta to Go is the newest business of Hortaleza Group of Companies, the same people behind Barrio Fiesta Foods. Fiesta To Go answers the call of the new normal where food delivery and carry-out has become the next best thing for families and corporations for their events and other celebrations. It will be serving the commonly sought and typical food fares loved by most Filipinos, but infused with creativity.

When asked about the story behind this new business venture, Dr. Rolando Hortaleza said:  “We have been eyeing to expand our food business from packaged/processed foods, and the series of lockdowns have validated our track that the dine-in restaurant business would eventually be taken over by delivery and carry-outs.” He added that “we are very excited to add Fiesta To Go to our portfolio and we choose the City of Pasig for our first branch because of the vibrant economic activities in the area.”

As their tagline says ANYTIME IS FIESTA TIME, as they hope to make every customer feel the Fiesta vibe with the tastes and textures of Filipino cuisine. Take a bite of their delicious and to-die for Fiesta Sisig, Soy Garlic Chicken, Lumpiang Shanghai and Pork Barbeque. Complement it with their rich-tasting noodles like Pancit Canton, Malabon and Spaghetamis. Another item on the menu which has enticed quite a loyal following as early as now is their Fiesta Halo-halo Shake.

Dr. Hortaleza envisions Fiesta To Go “To be the TOP choice for food delivery for every Filipino household” and plans to have 15 company owned branches and 35 to 50 franchise stores in the next 5 years.

The Pasig Kapitolyo store is open from 10 am to 8 pm and is located at 4K Plaza Bldg. 677 Shaw Blvd, Brgy. Kapitolyo, Pasig City.

POND’S partners with Shopee, the leading e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia and Taiwan, to launch the ‘Smarter Skincare Just For You’ regional campaign. This campaign integrates POND’S cutting-edge Skin Advisor Live (SAL) AI chatbot exclusively on Shopee for the first time. The partnership enables POND’S and Shopee to capture more digitally savvy consumers in the region and drive higher engagement, as e-commerce becomes an increasingly important channel of growth. In the Philippines, e-commerce has tripled the growth of Unilever’s skincare category, year-over-year.

The campaign integrates POND’S AI-powered beauty tech solution with Shopee’s proven  engagement tools to deliver an innovative and personalized online shopping experience. Based  on SAL’s free skin analysis, users can gain a deeper understanding of their skin and buy the most effective skincare products, all from the comfort of their homes. This provides a simple one-stop beauty solution for consumers who are often overwhelmed with beauty choices online.

The campaign has been rolled out in phases across four markets in Southeast Asia including  Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam.

Consumers rely more on beauty tech tools to make purchase decisions

The sales of skincare products is expected to grow at double-digit numbers until 2023 in Southeast Asia. The Beauty & Personal Care category has consistently seen strong demand on Shopee, as more consumers prioritize self-care by shopping for skincare products. These trends drive more brands to expand online in order to meet growing demands and to find more innovative ways to engage their customers.

To better serve consumers who are going online to research and shop for beauty products, POND’S brings the success of its unique Skin Advisor Live AI Chatbot to an e-commerce platform. Together with Shopee, its preferred regional partner, POND’S will pilot this initiative across four of its key markets in the region.

Following the launch of SAL on Facebook Messenger across 9 countries last year, POND’S  observed that up to 98% of consumers cited that they enjoyed their interactions with SAL. This innovative feature helps customers analyze their skin types, find the right skincare products, and add these items to their shopping carts. Shoppers simply have to follow the easy ‘Chat, Snap, Buy’ three-step process by messaging the Unilever Beauty Official Store on Shopee.

“Our mission has always been to provide consumers with expert skincare solutions to enable  them to look their best every day. When faced with so many beauty choices available online, we  understand it can be overwhelming and challenging for consumers to pick the right skincare  products. By integrating SAL, POND’S virtual beauty advisor, on Shopee’s robust chat platform, we can help consumers quickly find the products that suit their unique skin type. They don’t have to rely on trial and error in hopes of finding the best fit for their skin, making  beauty an enjoyable experience,” says Rohit Bhasin, Global Brand Vice President at POND’S.

Martin Yu, Director at Shopee Philippines, said, “We are honored to be the first and  exclusive e-commerce platform to partner with Pond’s on this innovative campaign. We’re always  looking for ways to explore and launch new ideas, tech, and products with brands. We also want to provide fresh experiences for our Shopee users who trust us for a seamless and unique shopping  experience. This partnership comes at an opportune time to empower users to invest in quality products catered to their skincare needs through edu-tainment and promotional deals this new year.”

Innovative in-app engagement drives user conversion during Regional Brand Day event

The ‘Smarter Skincare Just For You’ regional brand day campaign creates a convenient and  seamless in-app shopping experience on Shopee. With just a click, users can learn more about each product before making a purchase.

By leveraging Shopee's marketing tools and core engagement features, the digital campaign will also deliver relevant beauty content via Shopee KOLs, social media, and co-branded videos. These interactive bite-sized beauty content will debunk beauty myths and equip users with knowledge and tips to discover and experiment with beauty products online.

POND’S has also leveraged on the popularity of livestreaming to cut through the clutter online,  increase user engagements, and drive sales conversion through livestream giveaways and  rewards.

“We are confident that this exclusive partnership with Shopee will help elevate our brand  presence online, thus accelerating our growth in the region. We believe that the future of beauty  will integrate more smart technology as consumers themselves become more discerning about  the products they choose,” Rohit Bhasin, Global Brand Vice President, POND’S added.

Just when you think that you’re having the grandest moment of life while everyone’s attention is on you during that speech of a lifetime, on the pageant stage, or that moment of finally meeting your crush eye-to-eye — then suddenly, you just had to let your hand do its thing.

You know? That thing?

When you start to scratch your itchy scalp because, ang kati kasi talaga!

Let’s be honest, even you are judging people who out of nowhere scratches their head. And it’s not the most flattering habit.

Head & Shoulders knows and recognizes these big moments of attention that you’ve ruined (for the most part) by scratching your itchy scalp. And the best part is even beauty queens, superheroes, and sang'gres aren’t exempted from these awkward itch-uations!

Head & Shoulders latest “Ganda Na Sana” campaign is as relatable as it gets that even fictional characters can relate to. Imagine your superhero suddenly scratching her scalp before she transforms, awkwaaaaaaaaard!

Or even a pageant frontrunner, on her journey to being the Miss Universe, and while she’s slaying the stage out of nowhere her hand scratches her scalp. Her big moment — ruined. Her itchy scalp? Not worthy of a crown.

Ruining life’s big moments with an itch is undeniably a norm, but it is still panira ng moment. Even TikTok influencers, Joyce aka Joyang.tv and Rain Matienzo, caught on the trend and added their own spin to their “Ganda Na Sana” moments.

Strutting her best walk, Joyce feels absolutely confident with her imaginary pageant.

Only for her shining moment to be ruined with an itchy scalp.

And then, there’s Rain who witnessed another girl’s “Ganda Na Sana” moment, but it got ruined by none other than...an itchy scalp!

Redemption from these awkward itch-uations is easier than how it sounds and looks. What can get rid of dandruff and scalp-itch best? Look no further because Head & Shoulders always has your scalp and hair in check, so you won’t keep on ruining your big moments.

Prevent and get rid of scalp itch and dandruff with Head & Shoulders products — specially formulated with active ingredients to fight the causes of dandruff and itch. With continuous use, you can be sure that dandruff is not going to turn up, anytime soon. Enjoy your legit ganda moments 100% dandruff-free, itch-free, now Mas Pinabango pa with Head & Shoulders!

We know you’ve had your fair share of itch-uations too. Join in on the fun and share your own “Ganda Na Sana” moment! Don’t forget to tag Head & Shoulders socials and use the hashtags #NoItchuations #HeadAndShouldersPH.
