Due to the pandemic, we were forced to stay home to work and learn, hence the Work From Home or Learn from Home environments. Many were not allowed to out of their homes except on emergency or essential situations.

By staying at home, working and learning while spending long hours in front of computers and digital devices, many suffered from lack of mobility or exercise that created serious impact on joints. Many were too focused on working and learning that they tend to overlook the physical aspect of their being.
