#BeQuakerStrong with Quaker Oats Cream Pie by Chef Miko Aspiras #QuakerStrongRecipe

A comforting bowl of Quaker oatmeal is always a part of my daily breakfast. I also like to make overnight oats with chia seeds, honey and blueberries or bananas as a delicious and nutritious snack. I've been looking for more ways to enjoy oats because of its abudance in nutrients, it's a super food when it comes to helping me promote milk supply. This powerful food can also help lower stress levels.

I tried recreating this Quaker Oats Cream Pie by Chef Miko Aspiras without a mixer and with no oven. I am planning to buy an oven and hopefully will be able to afford to also get a mixer and will try this recipe again with it because it is really delicious even if I just bring the mixture to a boil to make this soft and chewy cookies that are sandwiched together with delicious cream filling to create the perfect dessert.   

They’re slightly crisp on the outside and perfectly chewy on the inside, which makes them perfect for sandwiching together with a generous slathering of vanilla buttercream.

My family and I finished it instantly- everyone loved it! It will really leave you wanting for more. If you're not eating Quaker oats everyday, this Quaker Oats Cream Pie will oat you to. It was so much fun and easy to make. They were ready to eat in no time.
