OISHI SNACKTACULAR 2016

Got plans this weekend yet? Well, "to have some fun" will never be out of the equation. And if you are looking for some enjoyable activities you can do with the entire family without worrying about budget, I suggest that you come and visit Oishi Snacktacular 2016.

I made sure I won't miss this super exciting event because I and my kids had so much fun last year. (See post here
This year marks Oishi Snacktacular's second year and it coincides with the 70th year celebration of Liwayway Marketing Corporation, the company behind Oishi.
Welcome to Oishi World of O, Wow! Oishi has come a long way since 1974. It is one of the things that we Filipinos, can be proud of. Liwayway started everything here in the Philippines with the all-time favorite Oishi Prawn Crackers. Imagine the journey of this iconic products from then to now, from here to other parts of the world. Snacktacular indeed!

The exhibit made people believe that Oishi products are definitely flavorful and enjoyable to everyone regardless of age.

Some of the interactive booths this year were the same as last year but gladly there are different twists, too!

Oishi featured 8-bit-inspired games with great installations and generous prices. And admission is FREE!!!
I got the chance to Make My Own Snack in the first booth we visited!
Be creative, choose your own base and flavors for only Php20.
It gave me the idea to this at home because my kids will really enjoy personalizing their Oishi snacks. I wouldn't deny I had an amazing time creating mine. I'm an Oishi baby after all.
And Oishi Snack Catcher is back! To score, all that needs to be done is let yourself become a giant claw. Just hang in there and get as many Oishi products as you can for Php200. The key is to use all possible body parts to catch 'em all.
Oishi Choco Chug ice cream was so yummy. It was so cool that this product can be made more enjoyable to eat or drink.

I also got to choose our favorite snacks as toppings all for Php 20 only. What a way to ease the heat of the day!

My next stop was the Oishi Snack Shack where a 2-foot snack bag of your choice can be filled with literally any Oishi goodies you can find in the grocery. It was like doing my shopping within 60 seconds. I was catching my breath right after. Haha... I always take my time doing my groceries, you know? For Php 295, I felt so fulfilled when I managed to fill in my bags with amazing snacks and sealed it successfully!

One of the newest attraction, and undeniably amusing (because of the "bibe" costume) was the Oishi Cuckoo Blaster. While on this cuckoo gear, I had to catch as many balls as I can. The price will be determined by a meter based on the number of balls caught. It seemed that this booth was the most popular in this event the line was really long. It was all worth it though.

Oishi Smart C+ Slush was thirst quenching. I thought to myself, "Thank you, just in time." The physical activities were very challenging and amazing at the same time. It seemed like I could finish that tall bottle bottoms-up.
At the entrance, we were given this Pass to Wow so we can record our earned points that will later on give us some rewards.

There was also a meet-and-greet session with #TeamO including Daniel Padilla, Kathryn Bernardo, Ramon Bautista, Alex Gonzaga, Slater Young, and Elmo Magalona. This was one of the highlights of the day.
The fun-filled Oishi Snacktacular will be held from July 15-17, 2016 at the SM Mall of Asia Music Hall.

Get the chance to meet the newest member of #TeamO, Maine Mendoza, and turn your weekend O,Wow!

I had so much fun and I guarantee you will have a blast! See yah!
