Get Rid of Black Circles Under your Eyes ♥

You probably did not have enough sleep taking care of  the baby, doing projects, or you are thinking so much stuff in your head, the noise that keeping you awake maybe from a husband snoring or the neighbors,  you had too much caffeine or was blogging, facebook and chatting, playing candy crush or clash of clans or we have so many reasons that we did not get some required hours of beauty sleep!
And you woken up that you look like my messy hair.
Ewww... Deep, Dark Circles under the eyes tend to age your appearance more than wrinkles or gray hair and look like a raccoon eyes. Severe dark circles make you look fatigued and unhealthy. This diminish of your natural beauty.

I will show a tip to minimize the appearance of dark circles  under your eyes and in some case remove them completely.

Here's How:
You need raw potato and milk (any brand will do)
cup or bowl and knife.
Raw Potato why?
There are natural bleaching agents present in potato that can help lighten the dark circles and get rid of puffiness around the eyes.

Milk why?
A natural whitening agent that can help lighten dark pigmentation of under eye circles.

What do you need to do?
Peel the potato
Slice the potato and take 2 slices.

Soak the potato slices in lukewarm milk
Place it over the eyes for 15 minutes then rinse the area where the milk leaves sticky feeling.

Update:
If you feel your eyes is blurry after taking the potato slices out of your eyes, do not be alarmed! Just close your eyes for another 5-10 minutes and relax!

Make sure you still try to get enough sleep to get rid of dark circles completely and try to keep your head elevated with two or three pillows when you sleep. Elevating your head helps to prevent water from pooling up around the eye area and causing dark circles to form.

Have you ever heard of this potato and milk trick before?
Let me know if you give it a try!

Good night!

  12. Have you been using this for a long time now? I'm wondering if it really is effective. Anyway, I'm allergic to milk since I have lactose intolerance. It looks like I'll have to use milk on my face rather than drinking it. :) Thank you for posting this!
