EVENT DINING: Aracama Filipino Cuisine ♥

I was one of the Lucky Mommy Blogger invited by Red Ribbon for a lunch at ARACAMA FILIPINO CUISINE This is another first time for me ♥

ARACAMA FILIPINO CUISINE
(formerly Embassy Club)

I heard that this is Celebrities in the Philippines new favorite hangout in town, and it's owned by the group of Junior Master Chef judge Fernando Aracama, TV host-eventologist, Tim Yap and their business partners.

You can see plants everywhere that make accent of nature a plus factor on the ambiance, it given that zen-like atmosphere.
ARACAMA Bar, they actually had three bars. There is one of the first floor and two on the second floor.
This one is on the second floor. Perfect for a night of fun of drinking with the friends or someone special.
A perfect place to unwind in.
The Restaurant had a high class ambiance. The place was very elegant inside and out.
It looks like a family dining area with a contemporary touch. Wooden furniture and floors are used.
Bonsai are found on each table. I love it!
Bonsai is a Japanese art form using miniature trees grown in containers.
FOR APPETIZER: Malunggay Mozzarella Dip
Spinach and vitamin fortified creamy, cheesy brulee and crostinis for scooping.
APPETIZER: Chorizo Frito
Spanish sausages glazed with hot chili honey and olive oil.
Pancit Molo- Iconic Ilonggo wanton, chicken, and shrimp sauce with garlic and green onions.
ARACAMA'S SIGNATURE SALAD: Insalata Uva- Signature Salad with kesong puti, toasted walnuts, grapes, honey and balsamic vinaigrette.
ARACAMA'S Chicken Honey BBQ- Grilled boneless chicken, glazed in a smoky sweet BBQ sauce.
Bangus Belly Ala Pobre- Prime cut fillet of milkfish; garlic chips & pomelo mint salad.
Aracama's Best Sellers, Beef Kare-KareThis is one of the BEST Kare-Kare I have tried.
Ox tail tripe stew with ground peanuts, vegetables, and chicharon loaded bagoong.
Curious like me? What is inside the vegetables?
FOR DESSERT: Dulce Gatas + Bunuelos
It has a sweet caramelized gooey dulce de leche like yema in the can with warm fried pastries or puff.
ARACAMA FILIPINO CUISINE is a huge restaurant with two-storey Restaurant that can be easily located.
I did not have the chance to take a picture of the VIP rooms but it was where RED RIBBON event was held that can accommodates around 10-12 people each, and can be joined to create a big function room for 30-40 people.
