EVENT DINING: Uncle Cheffy Eastwood Mall ♥

I was lucky enough to be invited and had lunch at Uncle Cheffy courtesy of Eastwood City after attending the  Eastwood City's Rice Festival Launch ♥

Half and Half- Seafood Lovers and East Meets West.
I agree, The Best Brick oven Panizza in town! Cheesy that definitely craving for a come back! I would recommend the Seafood Lovers which has toppings of salmon, shrimp, clams, squid, herbs and three cheese!

The East Meets West Panizza is actually two types of flavors served in one wood-slab platter. One-half is filled with tomatoes, salami with kesong puti and the other half is topped with mango, parmaham and salted eggs also on three types of cheeses.
This is soo good (Photo from TheLongestLife.com)
at first we didn't know what its called so we asked the server and it's called "Alfalfa" with so much good benefits.  A Big Plus for dining at Uncle Cheffy.
Roasted Chicken Maurino
Choice Chicken pieces marinated in a special Maurino sauce.
Memphis Barbecue US Beef Rib Finger
Beef ribs with an assortment of chimichurri, tomato salsa and Memphis sauces.
 Uncle Cheffy Salad
A salad made of crispy pork belly, alfalfa sprouts, asparagus, potato and mesclun with dijonnaise dressing.
For Dessert Yummy!
Chocolate Parfait on Pandan Crepe  and Chocolate Roulade

Uncle Cheffy is definitely a great place to have your events, birthdays, team meeting, to eat with your family and friends. It offers food in a good value that is also good for sharing. I was definitely satisfied and cannot wait to go back and eat here again.

  3. This branch of Uncle Cheffy in Eastwood was the first we've tried after the one in Lucky Chinatown Mall. Their panizza never fails to amaze my taste buds.

  5. I'm always at Eastwood City, like literally. I spent my whole college life there not just because my college was there but because the place itself is just so homey. Anyway, me and my husband always miss this place because it's so close to our heart and I can't believe that we overlooked this restaurant. We'll try this out next time oh and thanks for this post, it brought me nostalgic memories! :)
