No More Pathetic Back Pain Thanks to Chiropractic!

I wish that I could be forever young but as much as I hate getting older, aging is inevitable. It is a constant reminder that we are no Damon Salvatore nor Edward Cullen because unlike them, we are mortals. It sucks because your skin becomes soggy, your hair gets gray, you become weaker and eventually your health limits you in doing the things you love. I’d like to stop the clock and make time stand still because I know it is the reason why I experience back pain from time to time.

This kind of defects can’t be fix with make-up because it is the inside that needs healing.  You need to consult professional doctors in order for you to get better. Health care profession that focuses on disorders of the musculoskeletal system and the nervous system, and the effects of these disorders on general health is called Chiropractic. Which is what I need for my constant back pain. Chiropractors are very limited here in our country. There are just a few good ones out there and boy was I lucky to meet one of them.

My Chiropractor Dr. George Cromack D.C. graduated from the Southern California University of Health Sciences, specializing in Spinal Medicine, in 1981. He also completed his post graduate work in Radiology and Sports Medicine, a Master’s Program for Whiplash Injuries, and a Medical Fellowship in Acupuncture. If that is not impressive, I don’t know what is!
With his credentials, I have no doubt nor second thoughts on his medical practice. And he just proved his worth when I myself was satisfied with my back treatment. The first thing he did during my first visit was explain how joint dysfunctions may occur, how a chiropractic adjustment is used to correct them, and the many benefits of chiropractic has to offer. And then he did a scan of my back using a device which printed out a colored x-ray-like photograph. It showed colored boxes which must represent something because it was used by Dr. Cromack to treat my back.
I really didn’t know what he did to me after that. I just laid in the treatment bed and he did all the work. There was no pain felt during the process even though I heard my bones cracking. The only thing for sure is that it helped me sleep at night. My back is not aching anymore and my body was fully refreshed after the treatment.
If you’re having troubles with your back, neck or any other parts of your body that involves the musculoskeletal and nervous system, give Dr. George Cromack D.C. a call. I am sure that he can help you sort things out and make the pain go away like it was never there. His clinic’s information is posted below. Check it out!

  2. It's true, there are only few Chiropractors here in the Philippines. My grandmother has slipped disc (herniated disc) and is very afraid of having surgery because of her age. So the doctor just advised her to have other forms of treatment. Aside from the other non-surgical procedures which focus mainly on alleviating the pain on the affected area, she was advised to have a physical rehabilitation therapy and to see a Chiropractor to check if her condition can be treated by manual manipulation of the spine. She's not done with her treatment and I don't know yet if she's able to see a good chiropractor. At least this post gives me a good idea that there is a great doctor out there with an impressive credentials. :-) We just need to check first their professional fees. :-)
Chiropractic is considered an alternative medicine and also part of the medical profession, although not common in our country, but I believe they can surely help people in many ways, most especially if our concern is more on our bones, muscles, nerves, tendon, joints or ligaments and their effects on our over-all health. They treat patients by using their caring hands so two-thumbs up to our great Chiropractors! ;-)

  3. Hi Ms. Rochelle, just want to ask. How many sessions did you undergo with Dr. George before feeling the improvement of his Chiropractic care?
